We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, due to the way different screens and monitors render colours differently, we cannot guarantee that colours will be reproduced faithfully and recommend that you request fabric samples if in doubt.
Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights and measurements quoted are approximate.

Payment and Pricing

You can pay for your order by Visa, MasterCard, Delta/Connect Switch by telephone, or on-line using PayPal. We take every precautionto keep your order details and payment secure. All prices quoted on our website include VAT.

Product availability

As some items may be ordered direct from the manufacturer, availability cannot be guaranteed. In this instance you will be contacted with the chance to order a similar item or accept a full refund. 

Ordering

We will confirm acceptance (or otherwise) of your order as soon as possible via e-mail, telephone or post. A binding agreement arises once we accept your order and we will then charge your credit/debit card on acceptance of your order. 

Delivery

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access and space to accommodate the goods upon delivery. Where access is insufficient it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange alternative means of access. Unreasonable delay to the delivery staff may result in an additional charge being made or the delivery being rescheduled.
If you are unable, for whatever reason, to take delivery of your goods on the confirmed delivery date, we reserve the option of charging you the cost of redelivering your order.
Time of delivery is not of the essence in these Terms and Conditions of Trading. We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss of profits or other financial loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable delay or delay due to unforeseen circumstances outside of the reasonable control of Fig Interiors, or delay due to any reasonable rescheduling of delivery.

Cancellation and Returns

We make all furniture specifically to your requirements: it is not held in stock, therefore we are unable to offer a returns option. We offer every assistance to help you make the right choice with fabric samples, sizes and specification details plus our telephone helpline service (01476 539852) has a comprehensive knowledge of our products. Please ensure you have used these facilities before placing your order.
Your statutory consumer rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

We comply with all UK data protection laws in collecting, storing and using this information.

Storing and Sharing Information

We never release your personal details to other companies for marketing purposes. All information gathered is stored on secure servers. When you purchase on-line, payment details will be handled by a secure server.
Third party banking and distribution companies handle our credit card transactions and order completion. They receive the information needed to process your order. These parties are under strict obligation as we are, to keep all information private.
We may use the information gathered to contact you by email, telephone or post to provide you with details about our products or services. It is intended that by providing information about yourself to us you consent to this practice. Other than as required by law or in the prevention of fraud, we will not pass information we hold about you to any other organisation (except associated companies). If you do not want us to use this information in this way please contact us.

We take no responsibility for direct, indirect or consequential loss from use of the website, and all implied warranties are excluded to the extent permissible under English law.
